I am a mother of 4 and wife to an amazing husband who puts up with all of my crazy. We live in the beautiful state of Idaho. My husband and I co-own Rockbox Fitness which is a boxing, kickboxing and functional strength training studio in Meridian.

I am a also functional nutritionist who believes in the power of nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle change as a form of medicine. Even amidst the fact that I don't even like to cook!

It is my mission is to empower, educate and inspire others to reclaim their right vibrant health in a way that feels simple, holistic and sustainable.
