Hi, I’m Molly Phair,
and I’m a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and NASM Certified Personal Trainer
I became a Functional Nutritionist and Personal Trainer after I experienced my own health crisis over 16 years ago. Ever since it has been my mission and purpose to empower, educate and inspire others to address their health from a place of root cause and whole body wellness over a one size fits all approach or symptom suppression tactics.
After realizing what it felt like to feel good again and that I could actually do the work that was required, I knew that I had to share this with others around me who are sick and tired of feeling sick and tired and who want to find a healthier and more sustainable approach to vibrant health.
My philosophy is that it doesn't matter how old you are or how far down the path of dis-ease you have gone. It's okay to start slow and gradually build healthy habits based off of what your body needs to heal and balance naturally. The goal is progress over perfection and to embrace a mindset of agency and positivity over one of victimhood and negativity. You can and deserve to enjoy vibrant health now and for years to come!
